I just want to say, Carl, the salesman took really good care of me. He knows his stuff when it comes to the products they offer. I had a hassle-free purchase experience was altogether less than 20 minutes. Aaron Gomez was also a huge help with questions about my bike’s performance and aftermarket gear/parts. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff that do their job because of the passion they have not because of the paycheck.

I bought a Rebel 300 from Kristine. Super sweet lady! Very knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions and had my deal already done by the time I got to the dealership! 10/10 recommend.

Megann was truly awesome salesperson and kept me updated from start to finish on my Mercury Repower. Mechanics were also spot on with suggestions and giving me updates. All around 5 star service. Will definitely use again.

They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from picking out the boat, financing and even offering insurance options. The staff were excellent, the best customer service I have ever experienced, they made the entire process enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a boat or anything else, this is the place. I feel like I left with a new boat and some new friends.

Absolutely amazing people there, my boyfriend got a flat tire on the way to class and they let us keep it parked there for a few hours while we went to class then they helped him change his tire with the right tools. If they treat people this way even when we weren’t buying anything I can’t imagine how wonderful they treat their customers who are buying something. I can never thank them enough for helping us during a very stressful situation.

I'm on a long trip on my 2023 Gold Wing Tour DCT and punctured a rear tire. I made a temporary repair and booked an online appointment. I arrived at the dealer a half hour before opening. Garrett did a great job of finding the right tire. Its my belief that motorcycle tires are never repaired, only replaced. The entire staff was cordial and helpful. Thank you Garrett for getting me back on the road again. Tire balance was perfect and the air pressure right on the dot. 5 Star service for the tech that did the work, as well. Thank you.

Initially I went to look at motorcycles for my son, and when I saw how affordable they were, my husband and I purchased a "His and Hers". And it didn't stop there... We ended up buying my father-in-law one as well, because why not?! And we could couldn't have pulled off that joyous moment without the help of everyone there. It seemed as though they went above and beyond to ensure we could ride together as a family. Now my son-in-law is trying to obtain one, and they're back at it again! Trying to assist another family member in the purchase of their bike. Whether he gets it or not, it's been a pleasure doing business with this company and the people they have working for them! I couldn't recommend a better place to take care of all of your needs than G & C Honda of Shreveport.
