"I just recently bought a Honda Shadow Spirit 750, and the services provided were top-notch for my final decision. They were up-front about their personal preferences, and recommendations on the quality of the bikes. I'm a skeptical person, so I was hesitant to believe their honest opinions about which bikes were suitable for my liking. They weren't at all trying to get me to buy something over-the-top. James Pegg was very knowledgeable about the specifications of each bike, and informative about the whole processes involved with the motorcycle endorsement, insurance policies, and training courses available. When they didn't have the color of bike I wanted they were able to order it, receive it, and assemble it in the matter of two days. Kathy Long was extremely helpful in quoting several payment options, and patient when I was wanting to redo a contract after it was signed. In all, a place where you can count on an honest opinion, receive the services in a timely fashion, and be provided knowledge of the vehicle so you can keep up the maintenance yourself. "

" My Purchase was AWESOME. I bought my very first VTX1300 and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. THIS PLACE HAS EXCELLENT SERVICE. And really care about thier customers well being. They even offered a saftey course. Now that's great. I've never heard of a dealer offering a saftey course. I was new to the buying and they gave me alot of information. Kathy in Finance was great. James in sales new salesperson, but he did a great job. Got me the best price and they both got me in and out within a hour. I highly recommend this Honda store to everyone. "Good morning, The bike you guys put together is awesome! It is worth every penny of it. I love the way it rides, looks and performs. I have been getting a lot of compliments. "I just recently purchaced a used bike from G&C. I was very pleased with the service I recieved. Eddie worked well with me throughout the entire process. Me living in south Arkansas did not want to drive to Shreveport unless I knew I was getting what I wanted. Eddie helped me out entirely over the phone. Never met him in person until I walked through the door to get my bike. My battery die before I got the bike off the lot and they threw in a brand new battery also. "My first purchase was an ATV (2007 Honda Rancher). My experience was so AWESOME, two weeks later when I decided to buy a sportsbike, I returned to purchase a 2008 CBR 600RR. I knew right away that no where else would give me the caliber of service or the best price as G&C Honda would. Needless to say, they did not prove me wrong. "As usual, after contacting Mark Bates about trike kits, he pursued as many possible alternatives to help me as he could. When I contacted him about trading Loretta's bike in on that gorgeous black Gold Wing Trike, he set out post haste to get us the best deal possible and the good part, and the part that keeps bringing us back, is we feel we got a great deal on the bike. Loretta is all smile and with that stereo she looks like a bobble head in the back window of a 62 Chevy. PRICELESS! Even though it was the end of the day and Kathy had spent a long day getting us the best rates she could,she stayed right with us to the wonderful conclusion of another highly satisfied buy. Jeff made sure we had all of our trike kit papers and that the job looked good, especially since the shop had to do a last minute prep.
